تین نصیحتیں ایک شخص نےاپنے بچوں کے لئے ایک خوبصورت چڑیا خریدی ۔ راستے میں چڑیا نے اس شخص سے کہا ؛ دیکھیئے! تجھے مُجھ سے کوئی فائدہ نہيں پہنچے گا ہاں اگر تو مجھے آزاد کر دے تو تجھے تین نصیحتیں کرسکتی ھوں اور ہر نصیحت کی اہمیت وقیمت ایک خزانے کے برابر ہے ۔ دو نصیحت تو ابھی کئے دیتی ہوں اور تیسری نصیحت اس وقت کروں گی جب تو مجھے آزاد کردے گا اُس شخص نے سوچا ایک ایسی چڑیا کی زبانی پانچ روپے میں تین نصیحتیں گھاٹےکا سودا نہيں ہے ۔ اس نے چڑیا کی بات مان لی اوراس سے بولا چل اپنی نصیحت بیان کر۔چڑیا نے کہا کہ : پہلی نصیحت یہ ہے کہ اگر کوئي نعمت تیرے ہاتھ سے چلی جائے تو اس کا افسوس مت کر؛ کیونکہ اگر حقیقت میں وہ نعمت دائمی اور ہمیشہ تیرے پاس رہنے والی ہوتی تو کبھی ضائع نہ جاتی ۔دوسری نصیحت یہ ہے کہ اگرکوئی تجھ سے کوئي محال اور ناممکن باتیں کرے تو اس پر ہرگز توجہ نہ دے اور اس کو نظرانداز کر دے ۔مرد نے جب یہ دو نصیحتیں سنیں تو اس نے اپنے وعدے کے مطابق چڑیا کو آزاد کر دیا ۔ چھوٹی چڑیا پُھر سےاڑ گئی اور درخت کی شاخ پرجا بیٹھی ۔اب جبکہ چڑیا اس کے قبضے سے آزاد ہوچکی تھی تو وہ شاخ پر ...
